$30 BOOKING DEPOSIT

When you book with Erato Teppanyaki, we set that time and seats aside just for you. From 22nd May 2022,  Erato Teppanyaki will be charging a $30 Booking Deposit for all customers at their discretion. The deposit may be paid online on our website or by Credit Card over the phone and is held against your reservation as a credit towards that dinner.

We require a minimum of 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your reservation.

• If a cancellation is made with more than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is refundable.
• If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.
• If you simply do not show up to a reservation, the deposit is forfeited as a no-show fee.
• Customers who provide less than 24 hours notice are welcome to send someone else in their reservation to avoid losing their deposit.
